The Foundation has a policy of getting technical tax and legal professionals to approve the structure of proposed non cash, deferred gifts; to meet with a prospective donor’s advisory team, when requested, and to assist in structuring a gift or planning a bequest; and serve as an editorial board to approve all tax references in Foundation printed materials including letters to 2PC members.

A member of the Tax Advisory Group assists Foundation directors and/or the Foundation Executive Director in carrying out the policies mentioned above.

The Foundation has software available to assist in determining the monetary and tax effect of different gift scenarios.
